On our customers' side

Every three year Kessler conducts a customer survey with gfs-zürich, a prestigious independent market research institute.

The object of this is that questions on the quality of our services and image should provide valuable tips on improvements, allowing us to get even closer to our customers and their needs and exceed their expectations.

A preliminary review indicates that the results are very positive. In particular, we were very pleased by the outstanding scores for customer service, professionalism, technical expertise and meeting customer needs, and also general satisfaction. Nevertheless, we are keen to improve still further and provide even better services. Amongst other things this means building even more personal relationships with our customers and being even more accessible to them.

The next step is to analyze the results in detail and take the appropriate measures.
