CHANGE TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF KESSLER & CO Inc.

Zurich, November 27, 2019 – Stefan Leuenberger has been appointed to the Executive Committee of Kessler & Co Inc. with effect from January 1, 2020. He will succeed Douglas Müller, who is taking early retirement.

Stefan Leuenberger will join the Executive Committee of Kessler & Co Inc. on January 1, 2020. He will manage the Health & Benefits operations in German-speaking Switzerland, which includes the areas Accidental and health insurance, Pension benefits, International Employee Benefits and Human Resources Risk Management. Stefan Leuenberger joined Kessler in 2003 and has been in charge of Pension benefits in German-speaking Switzerland in his current role. He has been advising corporate clients for more than 20 years and also has many years of management experience. Stefan Leuenberger has a specialist diploma in social insurance, a federal diploma in business administration, and a Master of Advanced Studies in Leadership & Management from the ZHAW Institute of Applied Psychology.

Douglas Müller will step down from the Executive Committee and leave the company on December 31, 2019. Martin E. We would like to thank him for his unwavering commitment to Kessler and wish him all the best for the future.”
