Our origin

When Johann Kessler founded his family business in 1915, he specialized in insuring cargo that was shipped all over the world. That is where our logo – a ship‘s wheel – comes from. From the very outset our clients benefited from the in-depth knowledge and practical experience of our employees, whose job it was to insure clients financially and ensure that their goods arrived safely to shore.

Kessler has grown organically over the years and today – in its fourth generation – operates primarily as a risk advisor and, secondly, as an insurance broker. Now, like then, our mission is to give our clients financial security while helping them to navigate risk management and insurance landscapes with targeted advice and support.
