Against the backdrop of its continued growth, Kessler is appointing two new Business Unit Heads in Western Switzerland, marking a key milestone in strengthening its sector-based organization and industry-specific expertise.
Effective January 1, 2026, Valérie Scilipoti has been promoted to Head Business Unit Health & Hospitality and Pascal Clerc has been appointed Head Business Unit Special Risks.
Valérie Scilipoti joined Kessler in 2011 as a client executive. In 2016, she took on the role of Head of Client Advisory and was appointed to the Executive Staff in 2019. Valérie Scilipoti holds a Swiss Federal Certificate in Private Insurance and brings with her extensive experience acquired at Zurich Insurance, notably as a broker manager and trainer. She also serves as an expert examiner for the Swiss Federal Certificate.
Pascal Clerc joined Kessler in 2008. In addition to his duties a broker, he has served as Special Risks Practice Leader and, since 2021, as Team Leader Special Risks. He was appointed Executive Staff in 2023. Pascal Clerc holds an MBA from Monash University and the ISS “Managing Cyber Risk” certificate.
