By assuming responsibility for the Private Equity and M&A, Timo Salvisberg will become the Swiss representative of Kessler within global M&A at Marsh, the world’s leading insurance broker and risk consultant. Timo Salvisberg, a lawyer, joined Kessler at the beginning of 2016. Prior to that he worked in the M&A area of the legal services department at a major listed company and as an advisor in a consulting firm. He is assuming this management role from Klaus Peretti as part of early succession planning. Klaus Peretti built up the M&A services at Kessler and Marsh in Switzerland from 2000 and continues to make his extensive and valuable experience available to Kessler’s customers. Kessler’s Executive Committee would like to thank Klaus Peretti for his extremely valuable contribution and his continued commitment to the customers of Kessler.
