Jean-François Léchot took up his new role as Head of Business Unit Healthcare & Public Entities on July 1, 2022. He takes over from Christophe Tribolet, who has left to take on new challenges after 11 years in the role. Christophe leaves with our best wishes and we would like to thank him for his remarkable contribution to Kessler’s growth and success in French-speaking Switzerland.

Before joining Kessler in 2017 as a Liability Insurance Broker and Practice Leader, Jean-François worked for ten years with one of the largest insurance companies in Switzerland as a Claims Specialist, where he went on to head their liability insurance department before taking over as Business Technical Support Manager. Jean-François has a background in law and is set to earn a Master of Advanced Studies in Health Law. He is bilingual in French and German and is also active in the voluntary and business sectors.
