Lisa Spaar took over the management of the Operations business unit at Kessler on May 1, 2021. She succeeds Edwin Krebser in this role; Edwin will continue to be responsible for Partner Management.
Lisa joined Kessler on February 1, 2011 as a pensions benefits broker and was most recently a project director for operations and IT. She also heads the Risk Practices unit and has been a member of the executive staff since 2019. Lisa has both a Bachelor’s and Executive Master’s in Business Administration.
Our Operations unit ensures that both internal and external processes continually improve and develop strategically. Managing Partner Tom Kessler wishes Lisa all the best and every success in her new role, adding: “I am delighted that Lisa Spaar has taken on this key leadership position.
