Kessler has appointed Steve von Gunten as Head of Business Unit Production & Manufacturing effective January 1, 2021. Steve joined Kessler in 2018 as a client executive and liability insurance broker. He previously worked as Deputy General Agent and Head of Customer Service at the Allianz Suisse general agency in Langenthal and is an insurance specialist with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education. Outside of work, 46-year-old Steve von Gunten lives with his wife and two children in Oberaargau in the canton of Bern.

Steve von Gunten rounds off the Head of Business Unit team of Peter Dürig and Werner Moser. In addition to his position as Head Regional Office Bern, Peter Dürig is responsible for the Business Unit Services. Werner Moser is Head of Business Unit Pension Benefits.
New Head of Business Unit at Kessler Bern
Münchenbuchsee, January 20, 2021 – Steve von Gunten has taken over as Head of Business Unit Production & Manufacturing at Kessler Bern effective January 1, 2021. The change in structure is related to the growth experienced by Kessler Bern thanks to Kessler’s acquisition of City Versicherungs-Kundendienst AG and City Beratungs-AG in the fall of 2020.
